    • Dry your feet thoroughly, paying special attention to spaces between the toes.
  2. Choose Breathable Footwear:
    • wear shoes made of natural materials like leather or canvas, as they allow better air circulation.
  3. Use Absorbent Insoles or Socks:
    • Insoles or socks designed to wick away moisture can help keep feet dry. Bamboo/cotton socks
  4. Apply Antiperspirants:
    • Over-the-counter antiperspirant sprays or creams specifically formulated for feet can be effective.
  5. Practice Foot Relaxation Techniques:
    • Stress management techniques like deep breathing or meditation can help control emotional triggers.
  6. Consult a Healthcare Professional:
    • In severe cases, a healthcare provider may recommend prescription-strength antiperspirants or other medical interventions.
  7. Consider Botox Injections:
    • For extreme cases, Botox injections can temporarily block sweat gland activity.
